I had a major water issue at my property and didn't know what to do. After doing some research, I found ServPro of Northwest Venture and they did an incredible job! Omar, the production manager, and the technicians Manny, Carlos, and Harley, as well as the office staff Gladys, were all wonderful and extremely helpful. Excellent clean-up and service by this company. An 8x8 mirror in our living room fell off the wall covering the floor and furniture with glass. Looked like a bomb went off. Contacted ServePro and they were on it. Cleaned up all the glass spread throughout the room and made sure shards and small pieces of glass were removed from the furniture. They did a fantastic job and were highly professional from the first contact I had with them to completion of the work. if I had another situation (hope not) where I needed immediate repair or clean-up, I would not hesitate to call ServePro. Kudos and many thanks to Carlos, Manny & Harley for coming to our rescue!! With absolutely no evidence of a water leak anywhere in or outside the house we discovered a water leak in our crawl space. Before the plumber from our home warranty service would go into the crawl space to find and repair the leak, we had to have the water removed. Carlos & Harley came right over when we called Servpro, inspected the crawl space and scheduled the water removal for the next day. Right on time, prepped the area to keep everything clean, and started the removal of the water. After as much as could be pumped out, set up dehumidifier fans etc. to dry everything, disinfected area as well. Carlos discovered the location of the leak during his inspection to top things off. Carlos checked on the area for a few days until it was dry enough for the plumber to come in and do the repair.
Can’t say enough about Carlos and his team. They were so professional and considerate of everything involved. Our access to the crawl space is inside the house so they had to pass through 2rooms with white carpet to do the job! Everything was left pristine!!! Their professional work ethics should be taught to everyone! Thank you so much Carlos, Harley, and Manny!! Know we brag about you to everyone!!!

Amazing!!!! They are so wonderful and understanding and very friendly. Brandon and Orlando! They are wonderful and their crew did such an amazing job to give me my house and my life back!
