We had an air conditioner leak, servpro was out at our house the next day starting the process! All of the employees were so helpful from Shelly the office manager to all of the wonderful service technicians that came out super professional and took their time to answer all of my questions about the process. The Servpro Lake Havasu Team from the office staff, technicians to the billing dept. provided phenomenal customer service & exceptional water damage restoration. I love that all the technicians are iicrc certified (Gold Standard for water damage). Shout out to Dominic, Jason, Madison, Teresa & Gavin. Jason was meticulous in the mold removal… he’s a beast in attacking water damage! There’s a misconception that their costs are exorbitant… the prices are competitive with other companies that are NOT iicrc certified. If you want the best, Servpro Lake Havasu is thee company to call.

We had a great experience with Servpro! After having another company respond to dry out the damaged wall and flooring, we found they don't do the restoration. We contacted Servpro and had it estimated, our insurance approved the repairs and Sergio started the work.

I grew up in the construction industry and assumed that Servpro would send different tradesmen to do the drywall, mud/taping, texture, paint and trim work. Servpro sent Sergio, and he did it all. He is a highly professional tradesman that knows his stuff. He communicated clearly to us about what was happening, what would happen next, when he would return (after drying mud, texture, primer, paint phases) and went to great effort to keep our living room clean and with minimal disruption.

After he finished the work... it was "like it never happened"

Serv Pro (restoration company). Huge Orchids to Alex and Carl for the excellent job when coming to our rescue in a recent water leak that resulted in flooding our back room. Seriously the service was top-notch, punctual, professional, friendly and VERY thorough. They left the room absolutely spotless!!! Seriously I had to pinch myself to make sure I was dealing with a Havasu Company!
The effort put into the flood restoration should be applauded. Hats off to the owner/ supervisor of the crew. You must be treating them well to be able to keep the best of the best. Keep doing what your doing. Definitely get my support. What a way to turn a series of unfortunate events into a miraculous outcome. If anyone has a need for this service call Serv Pro...and in my opinion treat them like kings because they are!?☺️?
