Our dishwasher caught on fire and along with the fire extinguisher, everything was a complete mess. Servpro sent me an estimate and within a day or two was at our home starting the cleanup process. We had a fantastic experience with Servpro of Hayward Wisconsin! Andrea runs an amazing team of professionals! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and punctual. They arrived right on time as promised, which was a huge relief. Their cleaning services were top-notch. They did a complete top-to-bottom cleaning of our house after our new construction was finished, and it looked absolutely spotless. They even cleaned our windows and screens, leaving them sparkling.

We were so impressed with their attention to detail and how quickly they were able to transform our house. They were also very respectful of our belongings and made sure everything was handled with care.

I am SO Thankful for Andrea and her team at SERVPRO of Hayward. I suffered a huge loss of personal property and had significant smoke and soot damage from a fire in my basement. Carpet, walls, and lower bathroom were destroyed. I've talked to Andrea, Valerie and one of her team members working on my house. ALL team members, Andrea and Valerie have done an outstanding job these past few months. The care they used going thru my belongings, cleaning and saving many items that are precious to me, all the hard work and long hours..... im so blessed having this great team to help me get through this horrible situation.
