I recommend this Service Master to all of my customers. For every one critical customer, there are about 50 others who were absolutely thrilled with their work. Those review comments about outrageous prices are likely from people who don't work with contractors for a living. I've found Service Master prices to consistently be right in line with the market.

Smoke damage. Bill was outrageous and charged for work not performed. Cleaners did the bare minmum cleaning. Company was unresponsive to my request for an explanation of billing charges. They sent invoice directly to the insurance company even though I requested a copy. Would definitely NOT recommend

Service Master in Baraboo did a great job after a fire damaged one of our apartments. They were quick responding, did good work, were knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated well to let us know what was going on. The only thing we had to address was techs parking in the neighboring resident, but once we brought it up, they immediately remedied the issue. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had a great experience working with Servicemaster. Initially I had another company come out to assess the damage and they completely dropped the ball. When I called Servicemaster, they were able to come out the same day and set up their equipment. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and most importantly gave me peace of mind. When it came time for the rebuild project they put great contractors on the job and everything was completed very well. Every Servicemaster employee and contractor I met was very nice and a pleasure to work with. From beginning to end Servicemaster was amazing and I would recommend them to any of my family members or friends in need of their services.

This was a difficult thing for us. Our house flooded from a toilet drain underneath the flooring. They would explain things on what they were doing and we would come home and they did something else. For instance we were told that would get a POD and they didn't all of our stuff put in boxes and set in our entryway. I have noticed some boxes are soaking wet. We saw the manager Adam one time thru this process. Its tragically and horrible feeling. One day we came home and the toilet and tub was gone. We had no where to go to the bathroom so I had to drive to a gas station. They did pictures of non salvageable items and they threw away my grandbabies picture over 7 priceless memories. I thought they were taken to get cleaned up and restored. We had a freezer in our basement that was on that list and there was food in it and they should have thrown away but no they left it in my basement and sealed with plastic and two heavy buckets on it. My husband and I can't pick it up and I was told they were going to remove it. That was 3 weeks ago. The people are friendly but I am disappointed. We got a contractor and he told us that servicemaster cut a electrical wire now we have to get a electrician.

WOW! I am so impressed, they were at my house within 12 Hours of the insurance company calling them, they were so easy to work with and did such a great job! I cannot recommend this company enough.

I would like to praise "Ed" from the Service Master Team. His responsiveness recently to a sewer back up in a condo and a sump pump failure in a single family home in the past 3 weeks is unmatched. His communication and attention to detail makes the whole process easy in a time of difficulty. Thank you Ed! I would highly recommend you and your company.
