The Restore team did a great job in our water damage. They came out immediately and dried out the affected areas and then returned to professionally repaint and replace the damaged carpets. Thank you Service Master!

Servicemaster did a great job repairing our flooring after clearing up the water damage from a broken pipe. They had great communication all along the way. Kris was very attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. John’s tile work was top notch. He also looked after our kitty and brought in all of our packages while he worked on our house. They really went above and beyond.

Service Master’s Kris Matie could not have been more helpful, professional, timely and knowledgeable! Not only is he an honest, hardworking individual, his crew reflects his management skills. His personality is very pleasant and likable.
Our roof completely collapsed over the patio and our tenant was a nervous wreck wondering if the rest of the house was safe. Kris and his crew were out immediately and took care of any danger and the damage. They were finished in a week, which is almost impossible anymore! I recommend this Lake Havasu based business beyond the 5 stars I am allowed!! Thank you Kris and your Service Master crew!!

My name is Gary Dye my house caught fire. Service master was hired for repairs.
Kris Matie was the management contact.Most of repair was Eric and Jayson.Service master also took responsibility for all my personal belongings cleaning and segregating keep and non keep.This was handedled by Tim and Gina. What a chore deciding choices to make.And also Steven who did some after market stuff on smoke detectors.So basically 15 months of repairs.So many things to go wrong. I was so pleasantly surprised the professionalism and quality of work these guys provided, all of them.We had some issues with smoke detectors but Kris was on it like NOW.! He sent MacKenzie out to fix them and she was great. This guy is an exceptional go to and glad I got to work with him. Service master got major kudos n my book.Could not access Google site to leave post so did this.Great work guys thankyou.

I had a water leak under my park model trailer. What a mess.
Service masters was out the same day cleaning up the mess and correcting the damage. All coordinated through my insurance. My problem became there problem.

James Velazquez and his partner Dillon did all the work. They could not have been more responsive. James kept me updated multiple time a day. When l had questions he had answers, even after hours and on weekends.

I was lucky to work with SeeviceMasters. Would not go anywhere else in the future.

Service Master’s James Velazquez was THE BEST! So helpful, amiable, professional, timely and knowledgeable! He was a true delight to speak with taking great pains to thoroughly explain the process in terms that we could easily understand. An honest, hardworking individual, James spent his weekend working to get the medical space back into a safe environment. He treated us as if our emergency was now his emergency, which relieved the persons involved of any stress.
His crew, Dillon, joined him for the restoration on the space. In no time at all, the space was made ready for the tenant to use once again & we feel confident of the integrity of the work done and know that the space is safe.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars & highly recommend ServiceMaster by River Valley Restoration as the #1 call when help is needed. Thank you, James and Dillon!!

Makenzie was awesome!! She showed up ready to take care of business. She called ahead of time giving us an accurate eta of her arrival. Her and her crew did a great job! I would highly recommend her crew and will definitely be calling them again if ever we need their services in the future!!

All of the Service Master Crew were great! We had a leak in our wall that apparently been going on for quite some time without our knowledge. It came up on Saturday morning, and within 2 hours of me calling them, they were at my house and taking care of business! McKenzie and John are the best! McKenize for her skills in both customer service and getting things done and dry. John in the build back! WOW! He has some serious skills and does a great job. Very Detailed and looks amazing!! We are very appreciative!!
