Called for a quote in August 2024, they said they could come in November which was fine with me as I wanted the work done in 2025. I called in November, twice in December and twice in January. All calls were answered and I was promised a quote in a couple weeks after each call. My suggestion is to call Monarch paving. I called them 1/9/25, them came to my house the following Wednesday and had a professional and very reasonable quote by 1/21/25! What a disappointment Senn!

Received a quote last year and signed a contract for the work to be completed in 2022.
We have called their office 5 times in the last 2 months and left messages with them 4 separate times. All we are requesting is an estimated month they may start working on our job.

They (the project manager) will not return phone calls/messages.

We still do not know when the $8k+ driveway replacement will get started so we cannot plan anything else for the summer as far as work on our property.

We will update this review once/if work is complete.

Tony and his crew took care of the job. Staffing is a problem slowing them down as it is with most businesses. Friendly hard working team. Driveway looks great.

Senn completed a commercial parking lot for us. The work was completed in a timely manner and Dean was always in contact to keep us up to date. They also did my neighbor's driveway and my son's pre-school. I haven't heard anything but good things said about Senn's work. Thank you, Dean and crew.

Senn worked tirelessly with us through mother nature’s fury last fall and again this spring to get our driveway installed at our new house. They weren’t able to complete the work last year but they did provide a base course for us to use through the winter and early spring. The wait was well worth it! The workmanship and quality of our driveway are amazing. Everyone that we have had communication with at the company has been top notch… nothing short of one of the best examples of outstanding customer service that I have seen. This includes the leads, office staff, support staff, and the guys out in the field. What a great organization to do business with!

Dan from Senn Blacktop assessed our blacktop, gave me a quote and scheduled the work to be done. The parking lot and service area needed cracks to be cleaned/filled, sealed and lines needed to be painted. Quote was fair and the quality was great from start to finish. Job was scheduled and performed on time. The work is perfect. Money well spent to preserve the blacktop and make the office look clean and inviting. I will use Senn for all of our blacktop needs. We had Senn do our driveway. They tore out the horrible, falling apart concrete and are replacing it with asphalt. They are great to work with and are doing a fantastic job, despite a neighbor calling the cops on them twice, just because he didn't want trucks parked in his street....Senn was completely professional in response.
