I love the finished result. I could go on for pages about the excellent work that Spencer and his crew have done on our home. I have used Spencer and his team on a few projects and have waited to give my review. All of the projects, even from a few years ago have held up, and all of them, some very large have turned out flawless. I will always use Spencer and the SDC Built team for all the work on my home. Not only is Spencer an amazing contractor, but he also does a great job communicating throughout the entire project and is very patient with his clients when making design decisions.

I feel so fortunate to have worked with Spencer and his team on the downstairs addition to my home.
Spencer had done a complete renovation on my home before I purchased it, transforming it from uninhabitable to sleek and modern with great flow and design.
About a year after living in and truly enjoying the house I reached out to Spencer about adding a downstairs level with an additional bedroom, bathroom, and office. I’m grateful that he was interested in taking on the project and I’m beyond thrilled with the result.
The project was not without challenges, including digging an extensive new foundation, building on a hill, and figuring out how to design and place a showcase staircase, but Spencer was endlessly communicative, responsive, and collaborative throughout.
I very much enjoyed working with Spencer on this addition and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a contractor for a remodel or addition.
