I was informed by a rental consultant that I needed to provide verification of payment arrangements of my past due amount for my apartment collections to be approved. I supplies the documentation of the full payment and was later denied after I addressed the fact that they wasted my time and were more focused on their Christmas party. They do not work as a team. I reached out to management about my concerns and they made excuses. They would not refund my application fee. Do not rent from here.
