If you want a great remodeling experience, may I recommend Schwarder Construction. Great team, hard workers, strive to do things right per customer direction. My husband and I felt we had the best team working on our master barh remodel project. They did a fantastic job and we're so easy and pleasant to work with. Aaron and his crew completed a project on our cabin in Munds Park during Q4’24. Aaron was quick to respond and put together a detailed quote of based on what we needed completed. Our project involved working with several subs, including extensive electrical work and windows. There’s a lot of long lead-times for some of these trades but Aaron was able to get the work prioritized and completed timely. We met some of the crew and subs along the way - everyone is friendly and thoughtful about their work. Will certainly reach back out for future projects. Highly recommend overall!

A big shout out and thank you to Schwarder Construction for remodeling my home in Cottonwood.
The project scope was to add a new main bathroom, convert the existing main bath & closet into a large closet and to remodel the kitchen. My new bathroom is functional, beautiful and spacious as planned. We made sure to utilize all the closet space, I love it! My new kitchen is fabulous! The space has really opened up, while adding several new upper cabinets and lower drawer banks. All the modifications turned out looking great, thanks to the worker’s attention to details. I am thrilled with the results.
I added scope to the work several times during the project. Aaron Schwarder always treated me fairly in pricing the additional work. I highly recommend Schwarder Construction if you’re looking for a general contractor to construct your project.

Working with Aaron Schwarder and his team was an easy and great experience. The attention to detail and careful work they performed was easy and accurate. All remodel jobs have hiccups as matching old and new can be challenging. We worked through the challenges and found excellent solutions that I am very happy with.
