Dennis Schumacher has done a great job for us handling many repairs of poor workmanship on the total renovation of our home. This task is not well liked by many construction folks but Dennis provided the work necessary to correct these wrongs. As well, he took on several other projects and repairs with good results. He and I both wished we could have worked together 2 years sooner and not had these issues to deal with. I called these guys out for a broken support pillar in my house. They inspected the scene and found out that I also had a rotten subfloor from an old leak. They fixed the leak, replaced the subfloor and then replaced the pillar. GREAT TEAM, GREAT PRICE!

And they actually showed up like they're supposed to. (Unheard of these days)
