The building is kept clean and maintenance is taken care of quickly. The only issues I have had are normal for apartment buildings and were handled well by management. I do wish recycling was not only for cardboard boxes, but understand that it is limited due to tenants not recycling properly and causing fines for the building.

I lived here for 6 months left the apartment barely used not even close to being trashed.
Expected my deposit back. They claim it took 7 hours @$50 an hour to clean. Fridge freezer barely used, same with microwave and dishwasher. Stove top needed clean and mop the floor. 1 person can do that under 2 hours, instead they made it a shift. Thieves of your deposit! 100 dollars the shampoo the carpet that was always vacuumed with a Dyson. Not sure why that was added either. Smh if your ok with the deposit being taken and ok with water leaks go for it!

Everything I spretty new so it's all nice quality. However there is some faulty advertising that annoyed me. I was told there was a luxury gym here, yet there arent even any dumbells or mirrors or any other machine that makes this gym a "luxury" gym. They have some cardio machine and a weight rack machine that doesn't even really fit in the place because it is small and doesn't work properly for someone who is tall.
Also most of the doors are very squeaky. Most of the locks and security systems don't work and the management doesn't do much to care about these problems.

I visited a friend. The building was very nice. Clean hallways. Beautiful sun room with a fireplace, a coffee pot, and big windows that overlook the water.
