Just wanted to say what a wonderful job Nick Collar did when he came to perform my winter maintenance.
Extremely nice young man, very pleasant and professional. Explained things very thoroughly and helped program my thermostat for me.

My furnace issue was quite a challenge. They worked very hard to repair the issue, with some trial and error, but in the end, they fixed it and were very fair about the cost to me. Their concern for the amount to be fair and their patience with my frequent calls were appreciated.

I cannot say enough about the speed and quality of business that I experienced at Schneider Heating and AC! After fifteen years our Mitsubishi split unit (AC/Heat exchange) stopped working! We contacted Schneider who determined that it was unrepairable. We replaced it with a new MITSUBISHI ULTRA unit. They navigated supply issues to find a unit in short order and promptly and professionally installed it in a half day! I MUST SAY THIS ULTRA UNIT IS AMAZING! IT PULLS HEAT OUT OF OUTSIDE AIR DOWN TO -20 DEGREES F.!
Just in time for the cold snap.. our 4 season porch is now a comfy 74 degrees and we don't have to run expensive baseboard heat! WELL DONE SCHNEIDER!

Schneider provided prompt and thorough service, I would recommend! I called them about my broken water heater. They had someone at my house within two hours of calling, and were flexible with my work schedule. Within 24 hours, they were installing a new one. There was a small issue with billing, and upon calling about it, they resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service and friendly staff! I will refer to them again with any future heating or air conditioning needs.

We lost heat at midnight on Saturday and I finally called at 7:30am Sunday when our house was at 48 degrees. I had a tech within a hour over and he fixed it promptly also he told me other issues that could come up since my furnace is so old. Great service and very friendly. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Would never do business with them again! Was a “Gold Star Member” for several years. Ripped me off on a repair before Christmas 2024 and once again tried to rip me off again on Feb. 2025 on bogus charges. They might try to rip you off too! Beware! Going to contact the BBB….contacted Carrier about their practices! This is with the Schneider Heating in Winona, MN

Shawn was here this afternoon to do our yearly air conditioner maintenance. As always, he was cheerful and efficient. He always explains everything to me in a way that I can completely understand. Shawn has been our “Go to” Technician at Schneider’s for longer than I can even remember. I always request him and I’m never disappointed! After he has finished, I feel confident that everything is just as it should be with my heating and air. Shawn also helped us when we needed to replace our furnace. He guided us through our questions which led to a very satisfactory outcome.

We were very impressed with technician Nick who inspected our air conditioner July 7. He was prompt, professional, and personable. We got an explanation of every step, he answered all of our questions, AND he kindly worked around our pesky dog. This type of thorough inspection and advice reminds us we are in good hands with Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning. Any company would be lucky to have an employee like Nick.
