I am a Mortgage Broker and recently had a loan that required a Manufactured Home Engineer's Structural Inspection report. I had the pleasure of being connected to Philip Schembri, and he was not only professional and friendly with my borrower and Realtor, but he was very speedy in turning around the report as well. He was able to fit us in on a weekend when other inspectors were quoting 3+ weeks!! We were in a tough spot with this transaction as the requirement for the inspection came up at the last minute and we were going to miss our closing had we gone in the other directions. We are very thankful for having been referred to Philip and will definitely be keeping his contact info for future needs and to refer out to others. Thanks again Philip !!

As a Real Estate Broker I have called on Schembri Engineering to handle a number of inspections and projects. Phil and his team have always been professional, informative, and cost effective. Recently I had Phil come to my daughter's home to open a load bearing shear wall. They handled the design, referred us to a very good framer and followed up with a safety inspection prior to drywall. At completion they provided us with a report that will be needed for Resale down the road. This is a five star outfit!

A friend of my wife's had given us Phil Schembri name for a house inspection. We had Mr. Schembri complete the inspection for a house we are purchasing in the Phoenix area. We are out of state so we were not able to be there for the inspection, however, that evening, Phil called our home to go over verbally what he had found. We were very pleased with his thoroughness. In a few days he followed up with a written report as well. We highly recommend Phil Schembri as he is knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly, and truly a professional. Phil helped us out a great deal and came to inspect a roof truss repair on a Saturday. He was very courteous and respectful and took the time to explain the repair and was extremely helpful given the time sensitive nature of our inspection. I hired Phil Schembri Engineers to review and evaluate my roof structure for possible truss failure due to monier tile install. This was an accelerated schedule, due to time constraint's on the sale of the house. I called him on Thursday, he showed up Saturday and did a full inspection of the roof system. I had my report the following week. They are customer orientated, prompt, and thorough. I highly recommend them for any engineering needs. I have been in the commercial construction field in Phoenix for 40 years, and they are high on my list.

I called Schembri Engineers when I had a vertical crack in my living room wall that was quickly getting worse. Philip got back to me quickly and got me on his schedule in short order to do an inspection. He was very thorough, inspecting inside and out, and provided a detailed report with pictures. Philip’s report got my roof defect (that I didn’t even realize I had) fixed at no cost to me. He also noted a possible leak under the slab as well as yard grading issues. The leak detection company I hired shortly thereafter found a pretty good sized leak coming from my master bath shower drain. I’m so glad I called Schembri Engineers to figure out the source of the problem.
