Corey has done a fantast job for my wife and I on our remote island cabin project. Always on time and within budget. He arrived early and never missed a day throughout the project. He was always very accommodating to my changing my mind or direction on the project and had plenty of good ideas to help out with the design challenges of remodeling a 40 plus year old cabin.

A++ in my book and will be using him again for the next phase of work.

Corey and his contracting team have done an incredible job remodeling and adding on to our remote family cabin. He was able to lift our cabin and build an entire garage underneath it complete with a concrete floor. In addition, he has re-roofed the cabin, built a multi-level arctic entry, a massive front deck, a concrete retaining wall, and has excavated and graded the surrounding area. After the cabin was lifted, he added exterior insulation and resided the entire cabin in a combination of sheet metal, vinyl, and stone accents. Corey and his team have kept up with ever-changing demands and have been able to find a solution to every challenge that was presented to them. From carpentry and concrete work to electrical and plumbing, Corey has genuinely done an outstanding job and I would highly recommend his work to anyone in the Mat-Su Valley.

We hired Scenic Builders to remodel our cabin in Big Lake. It was a big job but Corey and Brent were more then up to the task. Not only were they able to make all of the improvements we had in mind, they also provided us with a number of great ideas that we were able to incorporate into our overall plan. Corey and Brent were able to do it all! Earthwork, heavy machine operation, welding, concrete work, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, you name it. Communication with these guys is exceptional as well. We always knew where we were at, and what was coming next. If we had questions or concerns we got timely answers and solid solutions. We will absolutely use Scenic on future projects, and would strongly recommend them to our friends.
