I contacted Matt, and he replied by asking what exactly I needed, I replied to his email and he never replied again. Please don’t make people waste their time, if you don’t have time please be professional and let people know that. Terrible customer service.

Matt is very professional and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Pricing is very competitive as well. He surveyed our property and also found discrepancies made to marker placements from another surveying company hired by our neighbor. Very pleased with Matt and the entire process of getting our property surveyed. If I had other properties I would definitely hire Matt again.

I found Matt while I was searching online for a land surveyor to do a survey on an old property that I recently purchased. I was a bit cautious at the beginning since he didn’t come through a referral. But it turned out to be one of my best decisions. Matt conducted a corner record and topo survey for me. I had the best experience working with him. He was very professional and easy to work with. Great communication. And always deliver what he has promised on time. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

Matt was very punctual and professional in appearance and manner. A previous survey had not been recorded but Matt worked long and hard to locate markers and correct as needed. This became much more involved than originally thought and Matt knew and located every mark around the entire block in order to accurately place legal markers for us. It took lots longer than first anticipated, but Matt returned the following day(s) to perform the job completely, without complaint (or added cost). He is so very thorough!

Matt was a pure professional! He showed up right on time, told me what he was going to be doing and showed me afterwards. My property hadn't been surveyed since it's original planning in 1958, so it took him the full day to just find a couple markers, but he found them and came back a second day to mark out the property. If you ever need a survey done, I highly encourage you to call Matt. He was professional, courteous and kept you informed.
