We rented a unit at The Granary in Union Grove Wisconsin and it was a really good experience overall! It's in a great area with a tiny town and a good school. Our unit had a garage below and was 2 bedrooms. Plenty of space, helpful maintenance and staff and really aesthetically pleasing interior. Good price and a fantastic option if you are looking to rent.

I rented a unit from them last fall and it was amazing! I moved out because I bought a home, but Kay in the office is supper friendly and she even put together a little welcome package for me on move in day. They really make you feel like home. I actually now work for the parent company and they are just as kind.

Some of the people that they hire to manage the properties do not live or support the values and belief of the company’s owner vision of affordable and equal housing opportunity. Staff are not well trained and unprofessional. Communication is horrible. Do not rent from them. If they keep on doing what they are doing they eventually will face a big problem in the future. Good luck! 🍀

I would highly recommend avoiding this developer. Unprofessional presentations. Consistently breaking Developer agreements. Ignoring complaints by residents. Moving ahead without permits. Leaving the roads a mess, sometimes even causing dangerous situations for traffic. And on and on. Wouldn't wish them on anyone. Beware!!!
