I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Prakobwanakit (Dr. P.) to anyone and everyone. She is terrific— she really listens to you, is very caring, has a great bedside manner (whether in person or in a virtual visit), and is extremely knowledgeable. I can’t imagine having another doctor. I truly appreciate all the care she has given me.

Dr. P. takes her time and I always feel that she listens and makes recommendations for a healthier lifestyle. She assisted in an insurance issue I recently had and came through like a true professional to help me obtain a surgery I desperately needed, knowing the right people and channels to work through. Most amazing PCP ever!! She is a great listener and truly cares for her patients. She takes the time to answer all questions and explain medical terms in “lay-people” terms. I always feel well-informed and listened to when I visit Newport Family Medicine. The on-call doctors are also very responsive and helpful. The office staff is quick, organized, and scheduling is a breeze. Could not recommend Dr. Prakobwanakit and this office enough!

Newport Family Medicine is a very well run clinic. The check in system is efficient and I have never had to wait long, even when it's busy. And Dr. P. is awesome! She is always supportive and listens when you have any concerns. She has been spot on with her evaluations and diagnosis, gives sound medical advice, and provides excellent care for her patients. I love how Dr P takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and she never dismisses what you say. She takes her work very seriously and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. Even when I’m sick and hurting I enjoy every second of my interactions with her. I have no trouble getting an appointment (even same day). I highly recommend Dr Prakobwanakit!
