Alciedes and Christian did a great job making the DAC course run smoothly. Although we experienced some technical issues with Miro, they overcame these difficulties smoothly. I was pleased to see how Alcides was positive and interactive even with a virtual training sessions, no doubt he knows what he was doing and he enriched each session with real-life example, engaging question and knowledge check. I took a Scrum Methodology class with Alcides to help me prepare for my CSM I certification exam and loved my learning experience! It genuinely stood out from other e-learning trainings I had in the past. Mainly, I really appreciated his engaging teaching style and the interactive dynamics of his class sessions. The Disciplined Agile Scrum Master course I took with Alcides was career changing for me. His approach is very engaging and collaborative, which helped enable a team atmosphere with the other students, resulting in group preparation support after the course and celebrating each other's successes when we passed the exam.
