Mike and Randy at Sands Services exceeded all of our expectations. They helped us navigate our wind and hail damage roof claim. Start to finish, the roof was completed in less than 30 days. They were quick to respond and after the roof was complete their crew cleaned up like they were never there! We were reccomended Sands Services because of Mike and Randy's reputation in the Chippewa Valley for their outstanding work and service. We were not disappointed. I would reccomend them to anyone. (We even got to pick our roof color, how cool is that!)

We used Sands Service after the hailstorm that hit Baldwin, WI in May of 2022. We reached out to Sands within a week of the storm and the work was not completed until September 27th, 2023. This company was not responsive, taking days to weeks to respond and update us. We messaged either the owner or Randy almost every week asking if product was ordered, when they predicted the work would be happening, etc. At each step of the process we felt like we needed to ask for information that they should have been providing. It wasn’t until we started working with Randy that we started to see progress on our house and felt like we actually had a contractor working on our project. The work that was completed looks great and if we noticed imperfections, they were repaired. I am disappointed in their customer service and the year and a half it took to complete the project. I will not use them again.

We were extremely impressed with every part of Sands Roofing! Mike was the only roofing company to respond without telling me they would need $300 just to look at our roof when we had a shingle laying in our driveway 1 day. We had a 50 year OC roof placed only 4 1/2 years ago. Mike took care of all the paperwork to get our roof replaced because the shingles were breaking down too quickly. They arrived at our house at the exact time and day he told us they would be there and only had the dumpster in our driveway for the day. It was an 85 degree day and his crew worked so hard to finish in that day.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mike. His customer service skills were outstanding and the quality of his work is impressive. He repaired the roof within a couple days of my first call, educated me on the proper installation technique and was able to recommend a fantastic electrician.

Mike is more than just a business he has become a friend. We are very happy, great communication good value. The guys were friendly and professional. When they left you couldn't tell they were even there. Everything was cleaned up just perfect. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
