If time and money are not a concern, then we would recommend Jordan Junior. We wasted 6+ months and more than $40k only to be told that our house was going to cost almost 40% ($300k) more than we shared as our budget despite being told that we were making "significant" cost saving decisions throughout the engineering and blue printing phases. Fortunately we got out before wasting any more time or money. There are a lot of details that we will not waste your time with, but based on our experience do some shopping around and beware.
