We searched for a home in Pagosa Springs for several years when we met Erik at a spec house. Impressed by the quality of construction, we met with Erik and Coby, reviewed plans and decided to build a home. We explained what we wanted in style, and could not be happier with the finished property. Their attention to detail made our desire for a rustic look come to fruition.

We anticipated that building from out of state would be complex, but San Juan Homes made construction easy. We are so pleased with our home, and highly recommend San Juan Homes.

We were not local, so they worked with us remotely through the entire process from design, permitting, and construction. The home they built for my cousin was a work of art. The craftsmanship also far exceeds the other 'cookie-cutter' builders in the area. The owner really listened to my cousin's needs, and went ham on making her the home of her dreams. A+++
