I had a deck on the second level of my house that needed repair or replacement. Reached out to 3 contractors to obtain estimates and their opinion of what needed to be done and how they would take care of it. After getting the information I needed, Osvaldo of Pacific Construction was hired.
This is why: One contractor gave me an estimate that only covered replacing the railing. But this contractor stated any additional work would incur additional cost. His estimate was the lowest of the 3.
Another contractor's estimate included the railing and deck floor. Their estimate was above high.
Osvaldo was the only one that mentioned the support beam was rotting at the base. He explained everything that should be done and how he would do it. When I received his estimate it listed everything he was going to do with the cost. Osvaldo's estimate was very reasonable. Throughout the entire job Osvaldo and his workers were on time, polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. If you are looking for a contractor, give Osvaldo with Pacific Construction a call.

Experience was very professional.
We had a few hiccups with my insurance yet Osvaldo did not miss a beat on keeping his word on the timeline to finish the work.

Suggested a few changes on the kitchen to maximize space given its a small space.
Although hesitant at first i agreed and couldn't be happier.

Found on some flaws on our structure and although he could have just replaced items and left as his, he was very thorough on explaining the dangers of it.
Would definitely contact again.

Pacific Construction is a unicorn contractor - the kind that delivers an exceptional finished product on time and on budget.
Our project was relatively small - new insulation, windows and siding for the back of our house. Pacific Construction does great work! Before my projects started they answered all my questions. They very are friendly always on time, they clean up afterwards. I hired them for many projects from remodeling kitchen and bathrooms to building decks and installing siding Osvaldo and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
