Hired Salmond Construction to do some worker that was time sensitive. Danny and his team stepped up and started work ASAP and worked over the weekend ensuring everything done not only on time but ahead is schedule and not cutting any corners ensuring quality work.

Salmond Construction did a great job cleaning up our dry and neglected deck, sanding, replacing boards, and sealing the large two-story deck and stairs. They were response, timely and capable. I’d be happy to use their services again.

We hired Dan Salmond roofing to replace our worn out roof. His demo crew did a good job tearing off old roof, cover and protecting plants, then hauled everything away and cleaned up well around the property. Then he and his roof installing crew did a great job with the installation of shingles on one side of our roof and torched on the other. He also put a torched roof on our detached flat roof garage. We have very little space between roof and inside ceiling, no insulation and he suggested a roof underlay paper, and lighter shingles that would reflect heat better. Dan is very good communicating in a timely fashion. He takes time to explain things, and he’s a really nice person. When done he and the crew again cleaned up everything and hauled it away. It has rained all night into today, we have no leaks!

Danny and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. We had a leak and he replaced the roof in a timely manner. The price was very competitive and no hidden charges. Highly recommend Salmond Construction.

We were having a problem with our solar microinverters not working properly, and Dan offered to take a look. It wasn't what I originally thought it was but he didn't give up, he figured out the problem and was able to come back out and fix it! I'm impressed by his knowledge and skill and we will be using his services again in the future.
