We hired Sac Infill Construction to mainly finish the garage by adding insulation and drywall. This was a recently purchased house that needed a little work before moving in. They informed how they do all types of home improvement work from plumbing to installing appliances and finishing. After negotiating the scope of work and estimate, the work was promptly finished with constant updates. The garage plumbing was upgraded to make it useable with the new appliances, power was restored to the garage outlets, shower plumbing was reinforced, bedroom doors were repaired, etc.
As the garage work progressed, Edwin discovered some water damage in the walls. It was repaired and the possible point where the rain was seeping inside was identified for repair.
During the job, appliances were scheduled for delivery while the crew was on site. Edwin assured me that they would take delivery and install the appliances as well. Once the work was done and we were finally able to see the property again, we were satisfied with the results.
All along the way, Edwin (on-site contractor) and Cindy (in-office manager) kept up communications, checked in with estimate adjustments, and responded to questions. After completion of the contract, they continued to check in and made sure that they would be available for any further questions or services.
For example, during the finishing work in the garage, a gap was left open between the drywall and plumbing baseboard. We sent them a picture of it a requested that this be covered up. Promptly, they returned to the garage and sealed up the gaps making sure it all matched the existing work.
Sac Infill Construction is worth the price for any projects around the home. Edwin is up-front about finding the best person for the job. When the garage work led to roof repair, he made clear that using a licensed roofer would be the best call. Or, when we talked about building a wooden fence, he compared his prices to dedicated fence builders and advised we go with the cheaper option. I can continue providing more examples of how Sac Infill Construction treated the house with care and consideration but enough has been said. I would recommend them for your household projects and to get leads on other more specialized work.

We had a great experience with this contractor. We used Sac Infill initially for minor modifications / installing grab bars in the bathroom for my elderly mother, and are hoping to use them soon for a larger job. Fantastic communication with Edwin (the owner/general contractor) and Cindy (the office manager) - they were both genuine, authentic people who clearly care about getting the job done right. The workers were punctual, professional, paid attention to detail, and meticulously cleaned up after the job. The price was reasonable, the work was good quality, and we would definitely use Sac Infill again for future jobs.

It’s hard to find good contractors these days that you can trust, rely on and that provide high quality craftsmanship. Fernando provided an excellent assessment of work needed for a bathroom remodel with several different budget options. As unexpected issues arose (eg. plumbing and dry rot), Fernando took the time to explain the situation, make recommendations and offer options for proceeding. He never made any decisions without my input and he even reduced the price of his estimate when the extent of the dry rot was less than initially anticipated! I was very pleased with the entire process and final results. Fernando provides a fair price for quality work.

Sac Infill has taken care of two projects for us so far - a gut and remodel of our master bath, and a redo of our kitchen, including installing new cabinets, floors, and tile backsplash. Overall they did great work! They were on time and on budget, and the end work was high quality. Both rooms look great now.

There were some minor issues during the work - some tile issues in the bathroom, and an issue with the cabinet install - but Fernando and his guys dealt with both quickly, and we are very happy with the final product. Fernando is also extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to deal with issues as they arise - even outside of working hours.

If I could give Fernando 10 stars, I would. He is your ideal contractor.
Here are some stand-out qualities:
1. Responsive - almost always picks up or gets back to you within 30 minutes near 100% of the time
2. Remembers what you talked about. During a project a lot of minor details can go "wrong" and be upsetting to you. As you walk the project with Fernando, he remembers all of your preferences so you're happy with the final results.
3. Scales to meet your needs. If you want top quality, you have to pay top quality prices. Fernando adjusted on areas we really cared about the results, and saved us money in other areas we didn't care.
4. Kind and Fair - There is no playing games with him to get best value and price, Fernando just does that as his default because he is a good human. He treats the projects like it is his own house. He is reasonable to talk to and you can always expect him to be fair. Nothing ever goes exactly as expected on a project and you can expect that when something does come up, he isn't going to take advantage of your.
5. Great network - we had some really odd ball projects and Fernando always had someone who could do the work. Everyone he brought over was so happy and kind. You could tell all of his subs like working for Fernando and he gets top priority when he calls.
6. On schedule - that network really pulls through for Fernando so any surprises or last minute adds don't delay the project. He can get the guys on site usually within 24 hrs.

All around, you are going to be extremely happy with Fernando.

The company is great. Worked with Fernando and his team. Before relocating (in 2 weeks time) to my new home, I wanted the kitchen wall between dining room and kitchen removed, redo countertops from tile to quartz, kitchen sink and fan. We talked by phone as to what I wanted; and at each step he showed pics and progress. When I moved in, the kitchen looked fantastic as if the wall never existed. A few weeks later I decided to remove 3 additional walls between the family, dining and living rooms; requiring support beams, fix floors, etc. Again he and his crew did a fantastic job.

I highly and definitely recommend sac infill to do anything with house changes. Next on my list is to change out the double doors in the front entry way and paint the outside.
