I reached out to S2E Engineering as I was selling my home. Some structural issues had come up upon home inspection. John came out to the house, read the home inspection and the requests being asked of him. John then surveyed everything, while taking pictures. He walked me through everything he was looking at explaining his professional thoughts. John then left and compiled a report he then sent over via email. John did an excellent job, was timely in scheduling as well as distribution of his reported findings. I was able to meet my deadline and would definitely recommend him (S2E) to anyone!
