Contracted with S and G Custom Builders to build a Custom Home in Temecula, California. Ed Stevens is the General Contractor.
We experienced some issues with quality and workmanship right after we moved in and asked S and G Custom Builders to fix the items. S and G Custom Builders did not (or would not) fix so I had to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). After a year of review by the CSLB and an inspection by a CSLB
appointed Inspector it was found that these 4
Items were in fact found to be below accepted Trade Standards. The items are:
1. Banging in pipes when toilets flush and tank refills
2. Section of concrete patio puddles with water and does not drain off patio
3. Sinks in Master Bath not connected to hot water recirculating pump
4. 3 doors deemed defective by Manufacturer
But S and G Custom Builders will not install.

Very disappointing that S and G Custom Builders will not stand behind their work product and make it right...Buyer Beware!
