This was a few years ago now, but I just NOW came across their page to leave a review.
When I met Ken and Ann, I was 19. Just moved to Richland Center. Not even there for 2 months. I went with my friend to talk to them about some work and such. During a conversation I explained to Ann (Ken’s wife) that I had just moved there. I didn’t know how the banking in RC worked there yet (example: I didn’t know that the mail went to Milwaukee first and then would come back to Richland Center even if it was mailed from Richland center) , I didn’t know where anything was, and how I didn’t know how to get to their shop without my GSP, it was all new to me. Just a conversation while my friend was doing business with them. Trying to pass some time is all. She was a very nasty human being towards me. She told me that she, “did not care about my life story. If I didn’t know anything about Richland center before learning how everything worked here, I shouldn’t have moved here. That everyone knows about the Milwaukee mail situation and that I was “dumb” that I didn’t, as it’s been like that for years”. She also made comments about my nails being done. How, “I should learn more about where I lived instead of worrying about having my nails done, then I could learn how to be responsible and we wouldn’t be having this conversation”. I was mind blown. I’ve never had a grown adult talk to me in any sort. Still to this day I have never had anyone speak to me that way. Notice that this was a few years ago now, so I hope to this day she has not ever spoke to her customers that way!
I have never went back, and never plan to.

We contacted Rynes Plumbing & Excavating to replace our old septic system. Ken from Rynes Plumbing had the job done. After the installation, Ken went over the electrical for the septic system and answered all our questions. I would recommend Rynes Plumbing & Excavating.

We set an appointment up about 2 weeks in advanced and he never showed up or gave us a call about the appointment. We called them to ask about it and it went to voice mail.
