Bought some chairs and a bench for outside from this store 2 years ago now, they were custom made and quite pricey. We took care of them, covered them in the winter time and kept them out of any severe weather and sun. The finish they used is all chipping off everywhere, you can see how thin of a coat they put on each chair. The bottoms and in between the boards there has no protective coat and the wood is rotting away. There are very large worm holes and knots also rotting away all over. The bottoms of each legs same thing, holes and rot. Wood also cracking on almost every screw hole like they didn't pre-drill the holes. I have had to sand each piece down, fill holes with wood epoxy and finish with protective wood hardening coat, multiple layers. The craftsmanship was there but the extra detail on finishing the final product is very poor. These chairs do not seem like they were made to ever go outside.
