I’ve had exceptional customer service from Rudy Project. I have gone out of my way to leave this review by looking up where they actually are. My local Florida eye glass store carries Rudy Project and I was looking for replacement, yet prescription (digital reading/long distance), sunglasses. I usually wear Oakley. I love the Rudy Project glasses and they went above and beyond in quality control with my lenses. I wouldn’t consider any other company to make these. I’m pretty tough on glasses. No one makes indestructible sunglasses, but these are tough, light and the style is 👍🏻 This is an honorable company. My purchases have not been without issue, but Rudy Project has always bent over backwards. I don’t believe that 7 year old review, something is amiss there. You can believe mine. I don’t leave 5 star reviews and long comments unless someone has earned it.

Less than 10 hours to respond on Google by a business. That’s a first for me.

This review is long over due. I tour cross country on a motorcycle. I have tried so many different types of eye wear, but nothing compares to Rudy Project. The fit is amazing, you can adjust them to sit exactly the way you want. The sun protection is superb, and I just can't say enough good things about these glasses, for me they are perfect and worth every penny...

Rudy. I LOVE you. Your customer service is unprecedented. I have NEVER been supported by any company, like you have supported me... And I'm a nobody (however my mom thinks I'm cool). People, if you're in the market for a high end cycling/triathlon helmet and you want- not only the best aero helmet on the market, but stellar customer care. This is your place. They will treat you just as they treat their pros... No podium required. Thank you, Rudy Project!! ❤️🚲💙

THE worst customer service! Yikes.

To be fair, my first experience with their customer service was stellar. I drove 2 hours (each way) to the San Clemente office. They replaced defective lenses. Great! A few days later realized only one of the lenses was polarized. This is where the trouble began. I contacted them (email support only) they sent replacement lenses, cool, too bad they were readers, which I did not want and for a different brand/style of frames so wouldn't have worked anyway. I emailed several photos of my glasses to be sure they sent the correct lenses and boom, they sent me lenses for different frames, again. No success getting a phone number so we could chat about what exactly I needed. Fortunately I was able to connect with someone else, who was very nice and friendly and told me to return both sets of lenses in order to be sent the correct lenses for my frames. Which I happily complied.

Several weeks later nothing, no lenses, no email they received my returns. and they have no plans to send me replacement lenses since they already sent me two! BAHAHa Where does common sense come into play here?

Still have no idea where things are as I was transferred to customer service where I was only able to leave a message!

Ridiculous!! I'd say the folks in warranty aren't the brightest and seem to lack all forms of common sense or sense of customer support.

I am so frustrated, too many hours (on both sides) have been invested in something so simple!
