Top notch experience. My residential garage door had a torsion spring break, the office staff I spoke to were friendly and understanding. The quote they gave over the phone was accurate and they came out the next day. Kristian was the technician, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about everything overhead door. He even had the parts on his truck and gave my garage door a once over to make sure everything was good. As a mechanic and electrician myself, I wouldn't just allow any company work on my house, so I was super pleased with the experience. I wouldn't use anyone else in this area other than R&S.

Kristian Violette was the technician who came out for repair. He was able to repair my garage within 30 mins with no issues. He’s friendly and provided great customer service!

Eric was the technician who came out a few nights before for an emergency call. I needed my garage door shut as it was not closing properly. He was able to stop by after 12 AM to work and make sure it was closed safely.

Robert and his tech assistant Gustavo did a wonderful job repairing our misfunctioning parking lot security gate. Every few days our gate would go back on the fritz misfunctioning "to beat the band", but for the last 2-3 weeks or so, since Robert and Gustavo worked their magic, our gate has been functioning perfectly!!!! A great big thank you to Robert and Gustavo and R&S Erection of Vallejo.

They have an excellent technician. He offered us a couple of options and pricing that could fit our budget. He replaced the springs on our garage door and did a great job. I called late Tuesday afternoon and had the door fixed early the next morning. The springs are lifetime warranted. Their fees are all inclusive and competitive. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors here in Vallejo.
