Robb is the most knowledgeable, honest professional I have come across in this county. I needed to understand the ins and outs surrounding a change of contractor for my property after getting defrauded on the renovation 10 days before my closing (place is being sold). Robb took over an hour to walk me through my situation and teach me everything there is to know about switching contractors, regardless of my plans to hire him. He told me:
-What my legal liabilities and my rights are
-What the process is surrounding administrative wrap-up with various city/county permits
-How and when to submit a complaint against my prior GC, along with what violations are reportable
