Royal is a partner and their expertise in design-build construction has helped to create high quality purpose built living, office and educational facilities. These projects have been tailored suited to our needs and have come in on time and below budget. Royal Construction's decades of experience and partnerships with local subcontractors, architecs and engineers make them the ideal commercial builder.

These jokers "built" the River Ridge Apartments in Altoona. I lived there for a year and here's what I came into on day one:
* First off, it was still a CONSTRUCTION zone for at least 5 months after I moved in. Elevator wasn't installed, underground garage wasn't finished, carpet on stairs wasn't there, paint wasn't done, most other units weren't complete. I could go on.
* Dishwasher wasn't hooked up so I ran it burning the motor * without any water. Came home to dirty dishes.
* The washer drain hose wasn't connected so I came out of the shower to a flood in my bedroom. Also didn't have a shower curtain rod installed.
* Clear cracks in the foundation in the underground parking where leaking took place
All of the basic things completely ignored. Shouldn't be in business, someone is going to get hurt one of these days due to their negligence.
