After a recommendation from a friend, my roommate and I reached out to Round Room to find an apartment. Our past experiences with realty companies in Boston have been either poor or neutral, so the amazing service we received from Lauren Santilli at Round Room was amazing! She was so quick to answer any questions we had, or find out the answer if need be. She walked us through the application process for the apartment we wanted, made sure we were the best applicants for the place, and even came to show us the apartment in the middle of a rainstorm! My partner and I have been searching for an apartment in the Boston area for a little over a month with no luck with other agencies. As a long time renter in Boston, I've never had as positive an experience with any land lord or management company as I have with Round Room. Tommy is very quick and easy to communicate with, both when we we're searching for properties, as well as 6 months into renting. They've been incredibly fast in responding to any issues or problems that arise in the apartment, and are great about following up to ensure appointments were kept and work was completed if any maintenance needs to be done.

After several weeks of frustration with other companies not returning calls and no responses from online apartment websites, we worked with Tommy Alexander from Round Room. Tommy was able to help my daughter and her college roommates find an apartment in a safe neighborhood all virtually during Covid. I spent a solid month searching for an apartment in Boston without much luck. I spent hours every day online, reaching out to realtors who asked me a couple questions and then ghosted me when I asked to tour an apartment, only to send me a message a couple days later telling me the place was already being rented. I finally reached out to Round Room and they were fantastic, by far the best company to work with if you’re looking for an apartment. I worked with Gabe and then Lauren and both were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire search. They curated a list of apartments based on my criteria and were quick to schedule tours for me of the places I was interested in. Working with these two made my move to Boston as pain free as it could be, I cannot recommend them and this company enough if you are moving to the Boston area.

We had a GREAT experience with Lauren in buying our first house! We were definitely overwhelmed going into the process but Lauren was able to patiently work with us. She went above and beyond to get us a good deal and went to bat for us on a number of occassions during the process. She did an amazing job listening to our needs and setting us up with a private appointment to lock down our dream house!
