After calling 3 other companies who were not quick to respond. Immediately when I called your after hours the customer service agent was quick to get the information and have a plumber dispatched. Manager on duty was quick to call and advise his guy was completing lunch and would be arriving soon after, Geoff arrived and was so professional , he knew this was going to require some copper welding and we needed to postpone for morning. He advised me how to turn off/on main water and called me in am to make sure I had an appt and Ritchie and his crewman arrived and was quick to give me a proposal/ after everything was repaired the cost was less that proposed and the level of professionalism was above and beyond. Geoff even reached out to make sure everything was repaired. Thank you so much for the prompt service! I will be sure to use you or refer you in the future.

Nobody likes having plumbing issues, especially on a Sunday evening. Don’t hesitate to call as they did a great job and came out quickly. Even the phone representative was curious and caring. Mark was the best; I highly recommend him. He quickly assessed the problem and gave a reasonable bid. He fixed the toilet, tested it to ensure the clog was completely gone, and did it all within the time frame and for the price quoted. He’s not only a man of his word, but he’s also friendly, trustworthy and cleaned everything up after he was done. Ask for Mark as you won’t be sorry!!

Long message: Mark was absolutely amazing. Not only was he willing to come diagnose the issue within an hour of calling them, but when he got there, he quickly understood the issue and built a resolution plan. I've had several people previously come by and diagnose the problem, and he came to the same conclusion, faster. In addition, he worked with us on the cost of the repair, making sure it was affordable and competitive. When the install occurred, he took care of business in the time he previously estimated and worked with us to make sure we got the warranty registration submitted. Once again, Mark was AMAZING!
