The Ross & Associates bid was higher than the others, but we were assured of quality work. Soon after completion, our blowers didn't work after the job sup said they did - the Ross installers put them in but blamed faulty workmanship on other parties and wouldn't honor their own guarantee.

Cheap. Wont pay workers a decent wage. Very poor quality work. Too cheap to pay overtime. You drive 12 hours per week UNPAID. Unprofessionalism on the job site especially Justin. He seems very insecure. Don’t recommend at all. They need to straighten themselves up.

Ross And associates Showed the Highest level or craftsmanship and Professionalism, And even came back to fix a minor door issue long after their Warranty was up at no charge to us. Highly recommended.

We chose to keep business local for our new commercial warehouse - big mistake. Within six months we had large cracks in our building's foundation. The only thing they did to "fix" the problem was inject black sealant in the crack, which hasn't worked long term. Six years later we're still dealing with minor flooding in our warehouse every season.
