Upon their arrival, they realized that they couldn't effectively insulate the garage, so they didn't. However, this was initially overlooked and remained on the invoice. They also worked on my attic fan, which has had some minor issues since their service. The insulation sometimes falls into my hallway and basement when the fan is in use. Additionally, during their first attempt at repairing the insulation around the fan, the access panel to the attic was accidentally cracked. They didn't replace or repair it, so I ended up fixing it myself. Following several discussions, they rectified the invoicing error and took off the cost for the garage insulation, as it wasn't completed.
