Had the Roof Squad team come out for a free inspection of our roof due to some recent leaking. Augusto came out and was here on time, was efficient, and was very honest in his assessment and recommendation. He essentially said the problem was already fixed and they didn’t need to do any work. I could not be more satisfied with the experience we had with these folks. From the estimate to the final nail Agusto was professional and friendly, always treated us with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Roof Squad for your roofing needs! Augusto was friendly, easy to communicate with, and professional in all interactions. Our hail damage was assessed thoroughly with both walking on the roof and using a drone. Roof Squad worked with our timeline and our insurance adjuster to ensure all repairs were completed.

I have used roof squad 3 times. Their work is substandard so I realized as the 3rd roof was being installed. The gutter person was super but not the rest. My maintenance person has to go back to redo corners in most areas. We ended up doing the last part ourselves. The price ended up being what was quoted to me by other companies so don’t think you are getting it done for less-you are not!

Malcolm the contractor in Arvada CO was great to work with, however this Texas based company has an awful billing department. They kept on adding supplements that were not submitted and approved by the insurance company but were added to the final bill. In addition supplements that were approved by other contactors and paid to other contactors prior to roof squad, Roof squad demanded those payments as well. Numerous calls, e-mails, calls to insurance company led to no-where which led to a threatening email from their billing department with legal action! I eventually overpaid their bill by $765.80 that I paid to other contractors. Roofing companies have an awful reputation, and I can now see why. I don't recommend them!

Augusto fought for us and got us a new roof and gutter system approved. He also was able to get new decking approved which wasn’t part of the original insurance estimate. He communicated everything to us and we felt very informed.
