Roof Repair Specialists was an absolute delight to work with. We called with a request for an estimate on a roof leak and were told someone could be out in a week. Happily, we got a call the next day saying they had an opening and could come out immediately. Eric Badivian showed up and looked at the job, took photos, and got back to us very quickly with an estimate. We got multiple estimates and Eric’s was the most affordable and he was able to schedule our job very quickly. His team arrived on time just as promised, finished the job in a timely manner, left everything immaculately clean, and were respectful and a pleasure to have on the property. Eric was available and communicative at every step of the way. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We interviewed a LOT of companies before choosing Roof Repair Specialist. The sales consultation was very informative because the building codes for roofing materials have changed a lot in 20 years. Our roof's steep pitch required extra safety precautions and more materials. All of this was clearly communicated.

The work started on schedule and the tear-off was noisy, but not as loud as we expected! At the end of each day, our property was cleaned up so we could move our cars back to the driveway.

We were in a text chain with the site manager and other key players throughout the whole project. The city inspections were a breeze, and the new roof looks great.

I interviewed several and Cristobal was very knowledgeable and created several options to help solve our immediate roof issues and helped me extend the time frame before needing a full replacement. I felt like he really listened to my goals and constraints and was able to offer great solutions. They even have financing if needed. Lucio and Ronald were the great team that completed the job a day ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond and photographed the work they did step by step so I could see what was done. In addition to the great work they were very conscientious about keeping the work area clean and made sure everything was in order before they left, they even reminded me to lock the gate before they left so my dog wouldnt get out. I highly recommend this company.

As it was my first time purchasing a new roof, I set up appointments for multiple estimates. Noah from Roof Repair Specialists won my trust from day 1. He did a thorough assessment of my old roof inside and out with pictures, videos, and tests. They finished the roof on my 1000 sqft home in 3 days and it is beautiful.
