Matt from Roof Doctors was exceptional at customer service! He arrived on time, asked me questions about the problem, inspected every part of our roof inside and out, showed me photos of the problem areas while explaining what needed repair and answered every question I had. Truly one of the best experiences I have had concerning repairs on our home. After this experience, I would believe that Roof Doctors only hire the best!

Mat was fantastic! He quickly assessed and diagnosed the source of our leak that was revealed after the deluge we experienced last month. He also offered to look at the roof of our other structure which was not part of the original request. He’s very knowledgeable and I suspect he does excellent roofing as he does high quality inspections .

Mat was super pro to do the inspection and prepare the estimate. Was double checking every single corner and especially in the areas where roof joints, around the vents and chimney. I already forward the info and report to the owner.
