Gabriel showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem right away. He said his company could fix the issue. He was thorough and answered my questions. He provided me with an estimate for services by email and it was less than what he originally thought it would cost. Pretty straightforward and easy.

Follow up: Yesterday my roof was fixed by Roof Doctors. It was an all day open window of time for them to show up. I don't know how long the guy was there, but he said it was not as difficult to fix as he originally thought. From what I see, the roof does look better without the solar tube and the rusted other piece. It hasn't rained, so I will have to see if it leaks. For the esthetics and time it took him to fix the problem and the way it looks now, I am satisfied.

I was happy. My inspection was scheduled quickly and I didn't get a bunch of reminder calls bothering me. Gabriel did my inspection and I believed everything he was telling me and didn't feel like I was trying to be sold on anything unnecessary. I feel like when I get the work done on my roof that I will feel good about it and confident it's going to get done right by someone who is an expert at what he does.

This is not a good company to work with. They took more than a month to fix my roof (a simple fix of replacing some roof cap shingles and removing a vent then sealing up the hole.) The initial call was for a leak, which I called on a Friday and they couldn't send anyone out until Monday. (Thankfully I found the leak and stopped it or the rain from the entire weekend would have been flooding into my home.) Second, their inspector showed up and quoted me a price for the above-mentioned repairs. When the technician showed up more than a week later he said he couldn't do the work and had to get a new quote because the inspector screwed up, who does that who puts the blame on someone else in their own company? This took another two weeks and multiple phone calls (and it was all but impossible to get in touch with a manager) to get them to finally get me a 2nd quote. Then on the day of the repairs roof doctors called to inform me that the technician would not be coming out because he had a bigger job that needed to be done. Then to top everything off, after the repairs were finally finished (the initial call was 2/28 and final completion was 4/5.) I went up onto the roof and they had used low-quality shingles and to fix the roof cap THEY FOLDED A SHINGLE IN HALF AND STUCK IT UNDER AND EXISTING SHINGLE SO IT WOULD COVER THE DAMAGED ONE!!! IT ISN'T EVEN ATTACHED I COULD HAVE EASILY PULLED IT OUT! When you pay If you pay via credit card expect to get a "convenience fee" that goes up based on the amount of the bill you owe. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. If you value your roof and your money stay away from roof doctors they are nothing more than a bait and switch and a scam company using poor quality supplies, no wonder their "warranty" is only good for 2 years.
