Extremely Impressed; they were timely, communicative, professional. Steve the on-site technician was fantastic, explained everything, inspected our furnace and found the issue within minutes. Repaired it quickly and efficiently...no more 50° interior temperature. Inspected our faulty outside duct and will order parts needed to insulate and seal it. The best, professional, knowledgeable, quickest service we've had in years.

In the middle of the heatwave we experienced this summer, our air conditioner stopped working. We immediately called the company who serviced the unit prior to us buying our house. They said it would be weeks before they could come out to look at it. Upon speaking to a close friend about our situation, she told us to call Ronnie Jones. First thing in the morning we called, and we were told he could be out in a few hours, same day! Ronnie showed up when he said and immediately identified the issue as a bad control board on a 24 year old unit. He advised replacing the unit because it was well past its lifespan. It had stopped working every summer since we moved in, so we made the decision to replace it. He said Jana would be contacting us to get the ball rolling.

Jana worked up quotes on four different units and sent them over with a detailed explanation of how she arranged the quotes. We chose our package (their prices were very competitive), and she proceeded with the order. Once everything was in stock less than 2 weeks later, Jana contacted us and scheduled the installation for the next week.

On installation day, Austin and Jake arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were hard workers who kept us updated along the way. They both were very friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. The entire install only took a day and a half. Before leaving for the day, they made sure we were comfortable in understanding the system and answered all the questions we had.

Jana was the one who kept the entire process moving smoothly and efficiently. She was so patient in answering all of our questions and prompt in her communication. She even helped us through the process of registering our new AC warranty, so it was done correctly.

Our new AC functions perfectly, is quiet when running, and is much more efficient than the tired old unit.

Start to finish, the team was a pleasure to work with. Honestly, it is the best business referral we have ever received and would recommend Ronnie Jones AC & Heating to everyone.

The technician who came out was very kind and knowledgeable. He got right to work and it seems like he has finally made the repair needed to fix our furnace. We have had a few different companies come and pretend to fix it, list things that the unit needed, and leave us with it not working the next day. I had none of that nonsense from the Ronnie Jones tech and am very appreciative.

Not recommend! Requested service 11/24 for my heater thru my American Shield Home warranty. The technician advised that needed a new gas valve and would need to order. About 3-4 days later the tech arrived to change out. All was working when he left, but didn't need to use the heater at that time because the weather was good. In 1/25 I started using the heater, lasted 3 days and quit working. When I went to reset the gas valve I noticed that the connection leads where compressed against the door panel and apparently shorted the circuit. I contacted this contractor for service, they told me to contact AHS, which I did. Nothing was accomplished by either company in the way of repair or customer service. I couldn't be less satisfied!! Reached out to Elmore Heating, Byrce came out later that day and repaired Ronnie Jones mistakes for only what my additional deductible would have been with AHS. I will also be researching a replacement Home Warranty company.

I needed a soft start device installed on my air conditioner and they are very few companies that appear to understand what this product is. Austin came out and did a great job with the installation. Would highly recommend.

The technician came to do the job through warranty company. The main issue is they said something else when visited and then wrote something else in the repot. The report not shared with us. When I tried to reach they said they are busy and will contact later. I would not chose them again as there is no transparency.
