I used them as a property management service and they repeatedly charged me for services they didn't provide. For example, charging $200 for cleaning gutters and replacing one furnace filter, but never actually cleaning the gutters.

When I inquired about the gutters, they terminated the contract. Zero accountability and they will over charge for minor repairs. Good luck, but I'd look elsewhere.

I don't know who's doing the replies, but I have emails for multiple charges that were only removed after I inquired. You never did anything for free. You wanted the tenant out then charged me for debris removal you didn't complete. Wanted to charge $6000 to paint and change the carpet (300 sq ft) in a one bedroom. This company is laughably terrible. 🤣🤣🤣

My biggest complaint is there is zero accountability. Not even an apology for your several mistakes and oversight. I'm sure you'll be fine continuing to do the bare minimum while charging the maximum.

The Rondo staff is great especially with dealing with difficult tenants but eventually my tenant moved out. I would definitely use them again. They are very knowledgeable of the business.
