I had a house fire 3/26/2021 and my insurance company recommended Rodell Restoration. I was skeptical at first due to reviews. I went ahead and met with the company and Jeff came out. We spoke about all the repairs that was needed and the length of time to complete the job. I told him about a negative review I read, what I like about Jeff responded back to that customer in details why so many delays he was very transparent in his response. I hired the company, Jeff brought out his team of contractors and Izzy project manager, we went room by room on all the steps and repairs everyone was very understanding to what my needs were and how I want the remodel of my home. We ALL stayed on the same page every step of the process. They clean up behind themselves daily YES, there was delays post COVID, so it took a while to get things ordered and done BUT When My home was ready to move back home 6/15/22. I was EXTREMELY OVERLY SATISFIED AND VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALLOWING RONDELL RESTORATION TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON MY HOME THANKS Jeff and Izzy

My mother passed away and when I brought the realty photographer in to take pictures for the house sale, we opened up the house to find a slab leak...dry wall soaked and hardwood floors ruined! Austin was great in coordinating all of the work that had to be done to get the property back to selling condition. He was in constant communication with myself and the insurance company. We have been in a hotel for six weeks, they started the job two weeks ago. The work is unsupervised no foreman on the job. Argumentative, always excuses why they can’t deliver. We had to go out and resource our own flooring, to get the job started. We waited four weeks after picking three of the samples they provided none of them but one was available when it was delivered it was the wrong wood. They damage all the casings in the the doorways corners or the walls when taking up the existing wood floors. They will try to collect money for the work they didn’t do in a law suit! Don’t look at the ratings three weeks ago when we started having problems I looked up their ratings and the only had three stars and a comment on how they didn’t finish a job they started on a church and sued the church for $47,000 for loss of profit. Work they didn’t do. The job was finished by another company for $27,000! Do not sign on the dotted line!! When I mention this to the company, in three weeks they’re ratings are now a ten. They must write they’re own ratings.

SPECIAL NOTE: There are many concerns around safety right now due to COVID, but this team was mindful the entire time. They went above and beyond to wear the proper PPE, sanitize the working areas, and limit the amount of contractors in our home at the same time.

Let's face it, this is not the type of business anyone wants to do, but if you find yourself in a situation, as we did, with a total loss due to fire, I promise you there's no one better than Jeff, Izzy, and the team at RonDell. Five STARs is not high enough to represent their quality of work.

A friend recommended RonDell and when they showed up within a few hours of my initial call, I knew instantly they were the restoration team for our family. Here are just a few reasons we also recommend them to others.

A buffer to the chaos: They will work directly with your insurance agents and keep the other sharks at bay. We had dozens upon dozens of agents calling and showing up not just at the fire site, but also at various family members homes (not even sure how they figure that out) all seeking opportunities to profit from our loss. RonDell took the time to talk us through the journey ahead and did not once push their agenda. They established a great working relationship with our insurance company and were great ambassadors for our needs.

Honest and trustworthy: There are soo many decisions that need to be made and they will help guide and direct you in ways that will allow you to save money. Never once did we wonder where our money was going. They provided suggestions that were within our budget and increased the value of our home and things that would make it more comfortable for us in the long run.

High quality work: IMPECCABLE. Our home was beautiful before the fire, but now it is a work of art. Not gonna lie, we have high expectations and they exceeded everyone. Their work space was also clean and tidy throughout the experience.

Patient and attentive: My dad had A LOT of questions and Jeff and Izzy took time to explain everything in as much detail as we needed and made themselves available any time of the day or day of the week throughout the process.

On Time: We had been told by others it would be way more than a year before we were back in our home. Not with this team. Even with initial roadblocks due to insurance investigations and the COVID pandemic as they were completing the project, we were back in less than a year!

Without hesitation, we would recommend Jeff, Izzy, and the entire RonDell team to anyone needing home restoration work.

Don't sign a contract with Jerry's Interiors-Ron Dell Restoration. Our church in Anaheim had a fire in May, 2015. The Chairman of our Board signed a contract for them to start work. We paid them over $27,000 for work they did. They were slow, so we had other contractors complete the repairs. The contract mentions a mechanic's lien in fine print. Jerry's Interiors-Ron Dell Restoration billed us for $47,000 for work they didn't do, but for profit they would have made if they had done all the work. The Minister decided to pay the $47,000 extra rather than having the Chairman of our Board sued. Remember, Don't sign the contract !!!!!!!!!!

When unfortunate events happen to your home, it is imperative that you work with companies that are going to communicate and deliver. Those qualities are the most valuable to me. We were referred to Rondell by our insurance company and i had heard every nightmare story out there about working with contractors referred by your insurance co but I wanted to know my insurance would trust the contactor...so I was prepared for a challenge. well not only did Austin and Jose especially JOSE! what a great guy! Boy did they deliver!...my kitchen looks as though nothing ever happened. My custom kitchen and wood floors (only 4 years old) is as beautiful as the day it was finished. I cant express how happy I am with Rondell. They are busy and the only downside was I had to wait four weeks to start the work but I am glad i waited for their availability.

10/9/17, the fires hit Anaheim Hills. On 10/11/17, we met Rondell Restoration, our saviors! Our insurance company said they were wonderful and very easy to work with. We were assigned William Wheeler and Izzy Gimenez, both outstanding, caring and eager to get us back into our home. They didn't miss one detail. If you needed them, they called you back, no matter what time it was. Down the road, William Wheeler finished up our job. This Company, and their staff put us at ease. We didn't have to worry about anything. William even took care of our insurance needs and all mortgage details. Everything was completed on time and very detailed. Our house looks amazing and back to normal (except for all of our clothes, furniture, etc., which is still on order). We would highly recommend this Company and have recommended them to other people that are using them.
