We are extremely happy with our new roof and 7 skylight that Rodriguez completed. MJ navigated the insurance process—supplements!—with Safeco and that was Huge. We talked to 2 other companies and they were not as on top of the insurance claim process. As far as the work: replacing 7 skylights on a steep roof was something they accomplished. They know how to do skylights. The crew worked in cold, windy conditions—using ropes and harnesses on the steep side. I cannot thank these workers enough. Orlando and everyone were great to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them.

After contacting several contractors, I saw the Rodriquez Exterior post on FB. The estimate was within our budget and materials reviewed were high quality. We hired Rodriguez Exteriors to remove the current Tudor style siding on the front of our house and replace it with vinyl and stone veneer. The crew was prompt on the first day, worked 12 hours to remove the old siding. Working 12 hour days, they completed the project in 4 days and it looks great. Orlando and his crew were professional, hard workers and friendly. I am completely satisfied with the finished product, would hire them again and highly recommend Rodriquez Exteriors.

Orlando's crew just finished replacing the windows in our home's sunroom. His skilled and competent crew worked 11 hour days expertly solving all the challenging problems that came up. The pricing was better than the competing company using the same windows. Orlando has also done recent major exterior remodels on two of our rental buildings that included roofs, siding, window wrapping, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. Great work and great people.

We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house…crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors.

Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast.

They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done.

In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles.

Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so.

When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again.

No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor.
