Paid $32,000 for an HVAC system and it does not work. Joshua Moore the owner refuses to come fix the faulty installation. Claims that my 75 year old husband and I, “tampered with the units” Therefore, his warranty is voided. Why on earth would we touch his equipment? Then he told our lawyer that, “they did not wait for my company to come fix the unit so they went in and tried to fix it themselves“
What a liar. Never ever sign any contract with this guy do not get involved with this scam artist. Our only recourse is the contractor state license board. This is no longer about money for me. This guy needs to be stopped.

Don't call them. The number is disconnected. They charged us $3500 to fix someth8ng they didnt fix. And now they're still charging is a monthly fee when they're outta business. It was bad enough when it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, but when they didnt ahow with no calls or anything after 4 times, I got angry. They're still charging us. Scumbags they are. They knew they were going out of business so they didn't care. They didnt even say anything. I hope he rots in hell.

My heating unit stopped working and when I called they were able to get to my house the next day. It was a quick fix and they were professional and knowledgeable. Also, the office staff worked with me to confirm we were still under warranty in case it might have been a costly repair. Everyone was great and I would highly recommend them for any heat and air issues you may have.

When other companies couldn’t make it to my home. Rod Johnson air came in one day. Chris the technician was very professional, personable and felt like family. He knew the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes.

Horrible , for starters we have a contract with them . For the past 2 years ever summer either on or a day before 4th of July my ac. Goes out last time they sent a guy that was so lazy and looked to be on drugs . They kept lying saying somebody was coming out after and I missed two days of work and nobody showed up .now again my ac. Went out and iv been trying to call them non stop and their number is not in service nor is their any other numbers to call ..pretty ridiculous.. worst company I have ever dealt with now in in 107 weather with no ac . And no phone number to contact my ac guys I have contract with !

Don’t believe these reviews. Look on Yelp instead for a more accurate rating. The negative ratings of Rod Johnson there are numerous.

I’m 65 and have owned several homes for which I have contracted work including for hvac systems. Rod Johnson is by far the worst.

They sold me the wrong size hvac system, then put it in upside down. Then, One of their “technicians” on a regular maintenance visit didn’t know anything about the unit.

The last straw was when I waited two separate days for a technician and was stood up. Both times when I finally called I was told their technician had a breakdown on the freeway. Really? Twice in a row? Complete lie! They have shared with me on several occasions that they hired incompetent people.

The main problem with this place is that it was started and is currently run by salesmen instead of knowledgeable hvac technicians. They see their job as making a sale, any sale, rather than finding the right hvac system for the customer’s home.

Don’t buy from this company!!
