Started out ok but within 6 month failing and stained from normal traffic.
Warranty repairs done this summer and already failed worse than before. Not worth the expense to have such a poor performing and looking floor. Should’ve done it myself as I’ve done before for 20% of the cost with much better long term results.

If you're wanting to read the whole experience, read below but long story short: Brian and his crew have been a pleasure to work with, it is clear that the business' primary intention is to make customers happy and they repeatedly made extra effort to figure out my unique flooring project and readjust to satisfaction. Professional, on time, excellent communication, and competitively priced.

My wife and I moved to a new home recently and realized we needed to resurface the existing floor. We received quotes from three local resurfacing contractors, and decided to proceed with Rocky Mountain Resurfacing, due to a friend's recommendation of their work at her business as well as the initial impression of their professionalism and communication. Our original home inspection reported the floor as stained concrete slab and initially that's what Rocky Mountain Resurfacing determined as well. Very early in the process we all realized the floor was not stained concrete slab, but rather "pressed adobe brick" (apparently a unique and old flooring trend for adobe houses). It was a rare work order and extremely hard to work with type of flooring, as you can't "grind" down the floor, and we couldn't remove the floor completely since it has in-floor heating.
Brian quickly yet thoroughly examined options to perform the best work for our expectations, within reason of our our price limit and the existing foundation. Needless to say that process took multiple additional hours of testing on-site as well as researching on his end. Even after the resurfacing started, we needed to adjust a couple times for optimizing our expectations for texture & color, but every step was never a burden and Brian and his crew had patience and great communication throughout. We just moved back to the house and we are pleased with the new floor, and thinking back on the challenging process with all the adjustment requests needed, it's obvious that Rocky Mountain Resurfacing really took care of us, handled the communication with compassion and the work was top notch.

Brian’s crew stained our patio and front walkway and we love it. They did an amazing job!!! It turned out even better than I had thought. The crew was professional and efficient. Greg & Brian helped us update our 25 year old master bathroom. I should have written this review a month ago but I finally have the time. I can not speak highly enough about this company; they completely over exceeded my expectations and when I say they went above and beyond to make me happy I mean it. My husband and I originally planned on just having our floors sanded, ground and sealed which would have been a 5 day project. We changed our mind and decided to do an overlay which was a much more extensive project but Brian was more then happy to accommodate.
Brian and his team worked tirelessly to perfect my custom floors. They were knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient and listened to my every want. All I can say is WOW! RMR has done 2 projects for me and I have been over the top impressed each time at the quality of their work!
