When we started this project, we hoped and prayed for a good, honest contractor as we know nothing about construction. What ROC Construction Group provided was beyond our expectations. Our architect made numerous errors with the measurements on the plan for our ADU, Daniel was able to help us work through each mistake. Everything was explained to us meticulously and we felt very comfortable with the whole process. Daniel provided important insights and recommendations regarding safety and design which I thought was extremely helpful. I loved how organized he was. We were able to schedule in advance and passed all necessary inspections which I’m certain helped make the project completed so quickly and smoothly. Daniel and Juan were both very detail oriented. Their workmanship was paramount!

Our project was a garage conversion into an ADU and a utility room. After speaking with multiple contractors, ROC Construction’s quote/fees was the most reasonable based on the amount of work compared to other quotes we received. Aside from the specified itemized work that was listed on the contract, Daniel went above and beyond to help us with other things with no extra added labor costs. I find him to be very honest and trustworthy. Overall, this was a very successful project which only took 14 weeks to complete. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Our prayers were answered!!

ROC Construction Group is a dependable and honest company. The team is skilled and experienced in their job. Daniel is able to figure out what is wrong from my plan and helped me to submit the correction plan to city. Daniel is really attention to detail. He is always planning ahead of time and give us extra time to select finished material. Sometimes, he is also advising us what color should be for finished material to make the ADU modern.

Daniel and his crew work solely on our project, which saved us both time and money. They always arrive on time and clean the job site when they finished each day. My ADU is about 90% completed and I will share final photos after completion.

ROC Construction Group transformed my house into a dream home! Daniel and his team remodeled my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. From the beginning, Daniel was very knowledgeable, reliable, and always responded quickly to inquiries. His estimate was in the range of several others I had gotten, but I went with ROC because I felt Daniel was the most trustworthy. Daniel was on site daily which I appreciated since he was the one who knew the details of what I wanted. He never cut corners and instead always informed me of any repairs or pre-existing defects that needed to be corrected to ensure I won’t have any functional problems in the long run.

Timeliness is very important to Daniel, and he even put in extra hours on weekends to ensure my project finished within the stated timeframe. Daniel was also very patient and understanding. I had accidentally picked fixtures with mismatching colors. Even though he had already installed them by the time I realized my mistake, he went the extra mile by offering to change them.

What I appreciated most is that Daniel never said “no” to any of my requests, even when I was being overly picky or demanding. He always listened to my ideas with an “anything is possible” attitude, and the final result was incredible! I absolutely love my new bathrooms and kitchen. Everyone I showed them to were extremely impressed and said everything looks very modern and high-end. Overall, Daniel is an outstanding contractor who is honest, does high quality work, respects deadlines, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the final result. ROC Construction Group gets my highest recommendation!

Had a remodel done. Anything is possible, if there is a will, there is a way. Added a 250sq feet walk-in closet, expanded my kitchen, and made a shower. All in 2 months after permits and plans were approved. Didn't have to worry about anything, communication was great and quick thinking when issues happened. Was not a perfect, but pretty close. Waiting in line to do my 500sq feet extention.
