Scott and the ROC Builders team are amazing to work with. My fire happened in April 2024 was almost a complete loss. Had to cut entire house and start over. The communication was amazing and treat you like family. They want to help get you back in your home asap. Start to finish my home was rebuild and better in 6 months in record time. Even with adding a few upgrades. They make the process of working with insurance a breeze. I will recommend ROC to all my friends and family for any construction project or property damage. 100% the best team to have working your home projects. See before & after pics of just my kitchen.

I must admit it’s rather surprising to see a number of positive reviews on here considering the slip-shod way I was treated, and the underwhelming project ROC builders did for me. As a warning for anyone using them in the future, you should keep a watchful eye on their work. I will list some of the numerous items that occurred with my subpar experience. The project was a back porch rebuild after a storm knocked down a large tree and took out various parts of the house. They agreed to the rebuild in September and wanted ½ down 1st to start the project, OK I paid half in Oct. and waited…. A month later (Nov.) I received a call asking if I wanted to proceed and they wanted ½ down to start. I told them I had already paid a month earlier and low and behold he said the receptionist failed to tell anyone about the payment and they would get me back on the schedule. Then they claimed after another month (Dec.) that they couldn’t get a permit. Come January they finally got around to sending someone out to demolish the old porch. The problem was- they also ripped off part of the house and they ended up working around it and just leaving it exposed for no reason. Come February they showed up to tackle the real job. I asked the workers why so much material was ordered for such a small porch and they claimed “someone must have ordered double by mistake”. I had specifically said I wanted a brown or dark cocoa color scheme. Imagine my horror when I went out back and they had circled the entire porch in white! When I brought this up to Jason, he only belittled me when I said the color should be age appropriate for a house built in 1890. He said “paint it”! I asked him if he had gotten the white boards on sale because there was no reason to use them as far as I was concerned. I also brought up shoddy work on the support posts and wondered why they wouldn’t fix it before the project was too far along.
So even before the project was done, they sent me a threatening letter claiming they were ready to confiscate my home with a lien if I didn’t make the final payment. WHAT What kind of rank amateur business insults their clients before a final walk through or review? They never did have anyone come out and look at the project before the final bill was sent. He later said “I just want everyone to be happy” but by that time I had lost all trust in their ability to do what was planned and left with an extreme bitter taste in my mouth.
I think they should change their motto to – “We’re not going for perfection- we’re going for done”.

We found ROC Builders on Google. When Ayden came over to give us an estimate I was a little hesitant due to his young appearance. We discovered how professional and knowledgeable he was very quickly. Ayden designed our project and gave us an estimate. Once they started our project we changed to add a bathroom. Ayden checked several sources to get us the lowest price while still maintaining quality. Ayden kept us informed about when people were coming over and what they would be doing. Ayden's estimate was exact except for changes we agreed to. All of the people that worked on our house were very professional and respectful. We've already hired them to do a different project.

Jason & ROC Builders, initially did the roof for our new home. They did such a great job, we had them do our house we are going to sell this spring.
With their attention to detail and excellent cleanup after the project was done, we had them do our rental house as well.
Superior salesmanship, craftmanship and responsiveness.
You can't ask for anything better than ROC Builders.
