I would NEVER recommend this company. While I haven’t personally hired them, I’ve had to deal with the disaster they’ve created while working for my neighbor, Highland Cabinets. Their complete disregard for property and professionalism is shocking.

First, they decided to spray paint MY fence instead of using the ample space available on the other side. Then, they shoved random objects—wood pieces, metal rods, whatever they felt like—between my fence pickets, creating serious hazards. I have a blind dog who could have easily been injured because of their carelessness. They also had the audacity to write on my fence with pen and even backed into it with their equipment.

Their incompetence doesn’t stop there. They dug a hole for water and sewer, turned the road into a complete mess, and then abandoned the site for two months—leaving barrels and a tarp blocking the road. And the latest disaster? Their track hoe operator (clearly lacking skill) broke the water main instead of carefully hand-digging the last section. It’s been over 4.5 hours, and we’re still waiting for water to be restored.

To top it all off, most of the time, their employees just stand around doing nothing. Given everything I’ve witnessed, I would NEVER trust this company for any project. If you value your property, safety, and time, stay far away.

The folks at RMS Utilities are fantastic and very helpful. Michelle, and Katelyn hopefully I spelled that right if not I’ll edit it. As well as the guys in the field and yard are extremely helpful and offer time saving advice.

Needless to say I am very pleased and appreciated all of their help! And of course the inspector approved all the work.

This company is truly amazing!!! We are new to this area and were recommended to use them for getting our septic installed. We thank you all, so much. I would definitely recommend. They responded to every email, phone call, and every question we had. Thank you guys

Unreal! It takes me 6 calls and finally just asking for a manager just to get a qoute. Then still couldnt even talk to a manager she just offered to habe the qoute emailed to me for the 6th time!? Then to be told 15k? The level of greed that these local small businesses and business owners get away with is unreal to me! For the most basic of septic system installs (already seen the plans) your going to even begin the quote with saying 15k for a simple gravity fed system that's parts all together are less than 3k and it would take less than a days work, 3 guys maybe, and an excavator!?! I wonder if you realize that at that price I would go get any certifications I need and start installing septics myself. I don't know how these people live with themselves. If there is a God it's no wonder he chooses to start over from time to time.

Tried in Oct to get a septic estimate started and set. After 1st estimate sent. No more conversation, no return emails or calls. Tried again in April and was told I'd get an email with the paperwork to be signed for the estimate. Did not receive any email. A couple weeks later I called to inquire again...someone took my name and # to have the "person who handles that" to call me.
No one has called me .. very poor communication and scheduling! Would hate to see how they are when it comes to actual installation of septic.

Crooks I tell ya... CROOKS..!!!

I called before business hours on a Monday and left a message. A gal called me back promptly after they opened- which was the end of the good in this whole conversation.

To get an emergency septic tank pumped out- they make you PRE PAY by EMAIL... OR..(get a load of this one...) pay a 3.5% processing FEE TO USE A CREDIT CARD. When you complain about it to them and explain how they are running off business w/ the “COVID 19 policies”... they get all behind hurt and hang up on you...

So I called back a while later and ended up w/ the same gal.....I ended up having to just ask for someone from management- got hung up on again..!!

I IMMEDIATELY called back AGAIN... got another broad to answer the phone - I asked for management again and was hung up on A THIRD TIME.

Save your money... go elsewhere... these guys don’t care about anyone but their own selves and pocket books.

The project I had was for a septic system. They left the ground concave over the leach field and after I brought it up I was told it would be fixed after I made the final payment. I paid in full and never heard from them again. The rest of the project went well but I would advise you to insist on being there when ground is first broken otherwise they may not have the final plans and may put the tanks and leach field in the wrong place as was almost done on my project. Also delays were a huge problem but covid was looming. One other issue I had was that I expected a consultation on the system on how to operate and maintain it but nothing. Put it in and left.
