After 4 other bids, with large ranges in prices and description of what the services would be, we decided to meet with Justin. What caught our attention in choosing Justin was: specific and extensive expertise, responsiveness and clear explanations. His pricing was extremely reasonable, but most importantly he connected us with an engineer that only works on retrofits. We dismissed our original engineer after meeting with Justin's engineering recommendation. Far superior work resulted in both the engineering design and the execution of the design drawings. Very pleased with this important project's completion. We have a soft story, which makes earthquake retrofit even more challenging. That challenge was fully and successfully addressed by RLFC Construction. We are happy to provide this review!
